ICRC in Memory

Motivation Letter
(Ponorogo, 20 Oktober 2017)
Human Resource International Committee of the Red Cross
Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I'm writing to express my interest in your organization as the student of internship which was I've learned in lectures. I was a student of international relations at the University of Darussalam, and I chose a concentration of international security. I chose concentration against international security because I am very interested in one of the discussions in it, one of which related to international humanitarian law. Such as the International Committee of the Red Cross itself which is the rod of the mainstay for International Humanitarian Law in carrying out one of its mission, namely to reduce war casualties. The ICRC is an organization that is engaged in the handling of victims of war and post-war certainly has a very significant impact in helping the victims of war.
I have some experience of managing a team. I have all the qualities a team leader should posses such as can inspire my team and motivate them, I am highly organized and have the leadership qualities that are important in a team leader. I also have the quality of the Arabic language and the English language, where I learned it first. I am a hard worker in everything, full of seriousness, and ready to learn everything from the Organization.
Based on my concentration, I would like to carry out an internship at the headquarters of the ICRC delegation to Indonesia and East Timor. I would like to take a lot of lessons and experiences through the role of the ICRC in dealing with victims of war or conflict with implementing internship programs in the Office of the ICRC delegation to Indonesia and East Timor, as I am sure there are still expectations and measures in both respects human values. In this case, the related University I did apply the Arabic and English in everyday life day in residential schools, I am sure with the Arabic science that I can in my University can benefit, as well as a decent contribution on behalf of the ICRC delegation Office for Indonesia and East Timor.
Sincerely,

Reza Adam
